The Water’s Edge opened in the fall of 2000 bringing to the Schowalter Villa campus a full service restaurant. The restaurant is owned and operated by Schowalter Villa. The staff is committed to making your dining a pleasant experience overlooking a pictorial view of Lake Vista.

The Water’s Edge has private dining rooms available for your use any day or evening of the week.
